The time for finding candidates depends on many factors: specialty, salary, country, requirements, etc. Our company has a department that deals specifically with searching and selecting qualified candidates who can efficiently and quickly perform the assigned tasks.

When is the payment for services made?

Payment for services is made based on the fact of the worked month, together with the employees' salaries. In the first days of the current month for the previous month.

How is the service fee calculated?

The amount is calculated proportionally to the employee's worked time.

What is included in the service fee?

The service fee includes tax payments, employee accounting, legal support, and personnel management. Additionally, by working with us, you are exempt from double taxation, as all taxes will be paid in Poland by our company.

Is it possible to arrange or re-arrange workers who are already on-site?

Yes, this is possible. You can provide the contact details of the workers to our managers for document analysis and further processing.

Can you find workers without further processing?

Our company mainly deals with employee outstaffing, but by agreement, we can find candidates for you.

Are the workers insured?

Yes, of course. We take care of our workers, each of them is insured by our corporate insurance, and an A1 form is issued, along with an EKUZ card (European Health Insurance Card).
